This research aim to see participation socialize in Program of Development of Gemma Tapis berseri Chief of village Sidodadi. This Research use descriptive research that is research depicting or deskriptions detailedly is certain social phenomenon with clarification having the character of quantitative by using technique of data collecting coming from kuesioner, interview, observation and documentation. Data gathered is later then processed by through phase select data, clasification of data and compilation of data systematically. Analyse data utilized by quantitative descriptive analysis for process and deskription of more data have a meaning and easy to comprehended will be conducted includedly is data from kuesioner into framework of is tables of to calculate frequency and percentage.

Result of responder answer indicate that Planning Phase Program Development Gemma Tapis Berseri as much 23 responder or 53,05% expressing in ugly category. Responder expressing that Planning Phase Program Development Gemma Tapis Berseri in category is amounting to 18 people or 41,09%, and expressing goodness as much 2 people or 04,65%. responder Answer result indicate that Execution Phase Program Development Gemma Tapis Berseri as much 5 responder or 11,63% expressing in ugly category. Responder expressing that execution Phase Program Development Gemma Tapis Berseri in category is amounting to 17 people or 39,53%, and expressing goodness as much 21 people or 48,84%. responder Answer result indicate that Observation Phase Program Development Gemma Tapis Berseri as much 11 responder or 25,06% expressing in ugly category. Responder expressing that Observation Phase Program Development Gemma Tapis Berseri in category is amounting to 25 people or 58,01%, and expressing goodness as much 7 people or 16,03%. responder Answer result indicate that storey level participate society Chief of village Sidoadi as a whole in Program Development Gemma Tapis Berseri as much 11 responder or 25,58% expressing in ugly category. Responder expressing that storey level participate society in Program Development Gemma Tapis Berseri in category is amounting to 21 people or 48,84%, and expressing goodness as much 11 people or 25,58%.

Result of research Program Gemma Tapis Beseri in Chief of Village Sidodadi of Subdistrict of Kedaton Bandar Lampung Town started from planning phase, execution, and the observation in category, this matter because of : a)Heterogenitas socialize like in phase of planning only the elite figure and some of minimizing the society which involved.b) Degree of education of society which different each other causing the lack of partisipative. c) the Society which less be partisipative in the case of observing development, like in questioning of used fund and or qualityof result from activity of itself development.
